Meet Our Chief Strategy Officer LaTosha Ward

LaTosha Ward is the Chief Strategy Officer at BID - Business & Individual Development, an award-winning tech innovator, keynote speaker, and Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) with over 20 years of experience in technology and project management. An accomplished strategist and solution-oriented leader, she holds a Bachelor’s in Project Management, an MBA, and over 35 professional certifications in Agile practices, platform strategy, and business process improvement. LaTosha is deeply committed to advancing transparency, trust, and team well-being as core drivers of technological innovation and organizational growth, consistently driving impactful results for the teams and organizations she partners with.

 

Her accomplishments include System Implementation Management, Release Management, Process Improvement, Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Agile and Waterfall implementations. She is certified in Scaled Agile Framework SAFe 4, 5 & 6, a Certified Professional Agile Coach, and a Certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist.

 

LaTosha’s ability to communicate with all levels of management, including C-Suite, provides a streamlined approach to business agility. She aligns with organizations to implement Agile Transformations providing support for small to large enterprises and government agencies through every phase of the Lean-Agile transformation.

 

LaTosha has also worked with organizations to implement the C.A.R.E. Method, focusing on implementing Diversity & Inclusion to gain and sustain business agility.

In 2023, LaTosha was the binding force in implementing the partnership with Scaled Agile Framework and BID - Business & Individual Development. LaTosha prides herself on being a highly organized and motivated leader who brings enthusiasm and expertise to every project. As a client-focused professional, she believes in delivering top-quality results while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. This year 2024 LaTosha was a featured speaker at Harvard University , as well as awarded as Entrepreneur of the year. 

 

LaTosha has authored two courses, “Knowing your Customer” and “Who Is your Internal and External Customer?” and has features in multiple publications including, Authority and Medium Magazine.
